Message	although it allows the officer to only send out a radar signal when he is shooting somebody. More info is available at [ www.valentine1.com. ] It's a new way for cops to avoid being detected by radar detectors, although because it only shoots the radar for a split second, some states require more than a POP reading for a ticket.
